REFUND POLICY.

At New Dawn Outreach, we are grateful for every donation and every individual who supports our mission of serving our community through Christian faith, compassion, and charitable outreach. Your generosity allows us to provide assistance, resources, and hope to those in need.
Donations
All monetary donations made to New Dawn Outreach are considered voluntary charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable.
Because donated funds are often put to use shortly after they are received, we are unable to issue refunds except in limited circumstances.
Refund Requests
A refund may be considered if:

A donation was made in error.

An incorrect donation amount was submitted due to a technical or processing error.

Duplicate donations were processed unintentionally.

Unauthorized use of a payment method is reported.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original donation date.

We may request additional information to verify the donation before processing a refund.
Recurring Donations
If you have enrolled in recurring donations, you may cancel future recurring payments at any time by contacting us or managing your recurring donation through the payment platform, if available.
Canceling a recurring donation will stop future payments but does not automatically refund donations that have already been processed.
Event Registrations
If your donation includes registration for a fundraising event, conference, or community activity, refund eligibility may vary depending on the event.
Unless otherwise stated, registration fees are non-refundable after payment has been processed. If the Organization cancels an event, registrants may be offered a refund, credit, or the option to convert their registration fee into a charitable donation.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for approved refunds to be processed, although processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider
Payment Processing Fees
In some cases, payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may not be refundable. Where permitted by law, these fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Fraud Prevention
The Organization reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
